How I came to this work

I've been working with new parents since 2016, when I certified as a postpartum doula. Before that, years of early childhood and family care taught me that no two families — and no two babies — are alike, and that the best support meets people exactly where they are.

Alongside my doula training I have a degree in psychology and will be working towards my doctorate in clinical psychology, specializing in collective trauma and social healing. I also hold a certificate in climate psychology, and have been trained as an ADHD coach for adults. I have many years of experience, education, and research in breaking cycles of trauma.

Becoming a mother myself in 2024 added a whole new layer to this work. I now know the tenderness of these weeks from both sides, and it has deepened my respect for every family's need for accompaniment on this path.

My work is deeply personal, informed by a lifetime of observing family patterns and understanding how intentionally building our home relationships — with ourselves, our partner(s), and our children — contributes to the healing of our world.

What I bring

A deep well of training, experience, and heart

Postpartum doula care

Certified as a postpartum doula in 2016, I offer holistic, practical support through the fourth trimester — newborn care, feeding and sleep, and steady hands so you can rest, heal, and bond with your baby.

ADHD & parent coaching

Specialized training as an ADHD coach and years of parent coaching experience. Together we build rhythms, tools, and expectations that work for the way your mind actually works — with warmth and without judgment.

Cycle-breaking coaching

A gentle, intentional look at the patterns we inherited. We sort what you want to carry forward from what you'd rather leave behind, so your children grow up with more of what served you and less of what didn't, with new tools added to the generational healing and knowing you pass on.

Psychology & climate psychology

A degree in psychology, a certification in climate psychology, and doctoral study in clinical psychology focused on collective trauma and social healing — the understanding that our homes are where healing begins.

Household foundations

Understanding your household flow and rhythms can transform the way you experience day to day life. With years of experience in many different kinds of households I offer tools to create the flow and rhythms that work best for your family.

I continue to deepen my practice with every family I work with. Reach out and let's find the kind of support that fits yours best.
