How I support

In-home or online, tailored to your needs

Every family's path is different. However we work together, you can expect warm, grounded, non-judgmental support shaped around what your family actually needs.

Prenatal sessions

Preparing for the postpartum period — easing questions and worries, setting expectations, talking feeding, sleep, and whole-family care.

Before baby arrives, we slow down and make space for this big transition. Together we prepare for your postpartum period — what to expect, the common hurdles, and how to meet them with confidence instead of fear.

We address the questions and worries that might be arising, talk through feeding and sleeping, and map out care for the baby and the whole family — including you. You leave with a plan shaped around your values, your home, and your people.

The first weeks

Postpartum healing, newborn care, feeding & sleep support, and hands-on help — tailored to your family's needs through the fourth trimester.

The first weeks with a new baby are filled with postpartum healing, baby care, troubleshooting sleep and feeding, and family adjustment. Support in the fourth trimester is tailored to your family's needs as they arise.

That can look like processing your birth story, demonstrations of baby care, protecting time for your own rest and self-care, adjusting to new family roles, and connecting you with community resources. In-home or remote — whatever serves you best. In-person sessions can include light housework, household organization, and meal prep as well.

Daytime support

Online or in-person

Daytime sessions are up to four hours of flexible, hands-on support—available both in-person and online—covering infant feeding, sleep strategies, and newborn care as well as birth story processing, emotional support, and family role adjustments. In-person visits may also include light housework, nursery organization, meal prep, and trusted baby care so you can rest and recharge or have time to be with your other children or your partner. Most importantly we meet the needs arising that day.

Overnight support

In-person only

Overnight sessions give you up to ten hours of accompaniment and support in your home. Support is tailored to you and may include settling your baby while you sleep, bringing your baby to you for feeds, light meal preparation, tidying your space, and caring for your and your baby's physical and emotional wellbeing as you recover after birth. With another pair of caring hands available, overnight support can also create space to rest, reconnect with your partner, or spend quality time with your other children.

The first year

Steady guidance for your baby's first year — milestones, sleep, feeding, and all the questions that arise in between.

As your baby grows, we make sense of the stages of development in the first year of life — sleep habits, family rhythms, play & developmental behavior, introducing solids, teething, nursing, and the emotional, relational & behavioral shifts that come with each new phase.

We'll cover all of this and any other questions that come up along the way, so you can move through the first year feeling informed and steady rather than overwhelmed.

Parent coaching

Unpack inherited patterns, parent with conscious choice, and create lasting, positive change for your family.

Parenting touches everything we inherited. In coaching sessions we unpack inherited patterns, what parenting with conscious choice looks like, and create lasting, positive change for your family.

Drawing on my ADHD coaching training, parent coaching experience, and cycle-breaking work with families, our sessions will meet where you are — with warmth and without judgment — to build a toolkit and rhythms that let you and your children thrive.

Reach out and we'll find the kind of support that fits your family best.
